The graduate students shall fill in the data sheet of their basic conditions within 1 week of entering into the school and select their advising professors. The tutors may handle the relevant matters if the graduate students fail to select their advising professors.

    As a principle, the graduate students may select their advising professors based on mutual consent and submit the consent letter of advising professor to the office within the prescribed time limit. The following provisions shall be observed:

1.The screened master students shall have the priority to be admitted by full-time teachers of our graduate school.

2.Only a single graduate student in the general class may receive guidance of the teachers from other departments or universities.

3.Graduate students who intend to change their advising professors within the semester must submit an application to the department office before the application deadline. The required documents include:
　(1) Statement for Graduate Student to Change an Advisor(Chinese–English version)
　(2) Application for Students to Change an Advisor(Chinese–English version)
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
